Travel
Nantucket is an island located 30 miles off the coast of Cape Cod, Massachusetts. So unless you are a VERY good swimmer, you’ll need to arrive by boat or plane!
Ferry
There are two ferry lines that both go out of Hyannis, Cape Cod:
Hy-Line offers a one hour fast ferry ride for $48 one-way, $89 round trip
Steamship Authority has both a one hour fast ferry ride for $42 one-way, $81 round trip, as well as slow boat that takes 2 hours and 15 minutes for $20 one-way, $41 round trip
Pro Tip #1: Make sure to leave yourself enough time to park before getting on the boat! Both Ferry lines offer limited on-site parking ($16-$28 per day) as well as ample off-site parking ($13-$17 per day). For off-site parking, both ferry lines provide a free shuttle service to and from the boat terminals.
Pro Tip #2: Both ferry lines offer discounted ticket books which consist of 10 one-way rides (Hy-Line $335, Steamship $325). Buying a bulk ticket book brings your per-ride cost down significantly. Since you would not use all 10 trips by yourself on this weekend, we recommend coordinating with other wedding guests to take advantage of these savings! (5 round-trip travelers is equivalent to one full ticket book)

There are direct flights available from several east coast cities on a variety of major airlines:

Delta offers seasonal direct flights from NYC to ACK
United offers seasonal direct flights from Newark and Washington DC to ACK
American offers seasonal flights from Washington DC, Charlotte, Chicago, and Philadelphia
